So sorry to hear of Noah's passing. He was Mayor when I was hired 31 years ago. We had visited on several occasions. He was a kind soul who loved his family and his Winthrop friends. His dedication to public service in Winthrop was greatly appreciated!!!!

We are so sorry to hear the news and our sympathies go out to John, James, Jacob and their families.
Noah and Joy took me into their family and treated me as their own. I will never forget the great times we had together and the pure, honest love they showed to me when I was lost and needed it most.
I will always have Noah and Joy in my heart.

Dear John, James and Jacob......my deepest sympathy to you and your families in the loss of your dad. I remember many good chats with Noah and Joy at the Chicken Shack! I always thought it best to keep the 3 Decker boys and the 3 White boys apart because who ever knew what they'd do together?! Blessings to all of you. May the love of friends give you comfort and may the love of God give you peace. ❤️
