So sorry to hear of Clyde's passing. He was a great man who was very dedicated to his work, his family, his church and his savior. I dealt with Clyde in several business aspects for many years and always appreciated his professionalism and character. He will be missed by many.

Clyde was a very kind and caring man. He would always try to lift others up and was always positive. I enjoyed sharing with him blessings in our lives and will never forget the last time we prayed together.

I am going to miss Clyde greatly! He was such a loving, kind, man of God and always was so friendly and warm no matter how he may have felt. He was strong throughout his battle with his illness and never complained once. He is truly home now where he needs to be in the presence of God. He will be missed by all but never really gone because he will always remain in all of our minds and hearts to carry on his memory. I want the Hooks family and others to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. May God embrace you in his arms giving you the comfort and peace you need. Dear Hooks Family,
Our prayers are with you. And our heartfelt sorrow goes out to you. I know it must seem impossible to find joy in the time of loss. I only say this because as I think of Clyde I have great fond memories of a great man. And I cannot help but feel joy and fondness in these memories. Not only in memories but also the joy of knowing that Clyde is shouting on the hills of Glory and has finished the race after fighting the good fight.
Clyde and his Family were always there for us. A lot of prayers and kindness was shown to me and to our family from them. From way back in childhood I can remember one of my first boat rides was with Clyde, my Dad, and my brother. Dad swam with Mark and I as Clyde did circles around us making waves. What a fun time it was. Clyde was not only the photographer, but was also the musician at our Wedding. Once when I was a young man with a new baby I needed a Job. Clyde was there for me once again and hired me into the construction business. I needed that Job badly and was worried. Clyde gave me an opportunity to grow and support my own family. Most recently Clyde helped Dad and Mom with a drafty window at their house. There were so many more kindnesses that he showed to not only me but to my whole family.
He was always giving and kind. I considered him an Uncle, a mentor, and definitely a friend. Clyde’s life, kindness, and memories will always be with us.
