Obituary of Tara Snellings

Tara Snellings age 43 of Lake City, TN passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at her residence. She loved playing basketball, softball, and was a huge fan of the Washington Redskins. Tara was a big lover of animals. She was preceded in death by her father, John H. Snellings; daughter, Amber Marie Snellings; grandparents, Archie & Katherine Snellings, and Howard & Lassie Tweed. Tara is survived by her mother, Sue White of Lake City, TN; brothers, John W. Snellings & wife Melissa of Clinton, TN, Dustin White & wife Nicole of Clinton, TN, Adam White of Lake City, TN; sisters, Tammy Snellings of Clinton, TN, Kim Cook & husband Johnathan of Lake City, TN, and Jennifer Norman & husband Troy of Powell, TN. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Tara's family and friends will meet for her graveside service at 11:00 am on Monday, February 11th at Clinch River Baptist Church cemetery in Lake City, TN with Rev. Larry Webster and Rev. Tom Byrge officiating. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
