Obituary of Linda N Dotson

Linda Dotson, age 71, of Clinton, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN.  She loved working in her flower beds, gardening, humming birds, quilting, and canning.  Linda was of the Baptist faith.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Laura Nolan; brother, Avon Nolan; and sisters, Laney Nolan and Letha Russell.

Linda is survived by her sons, Larry Dotson and wife Connie of Alabama, and Gary Dotson of Clinton, TN; daughters, Angela Webber and husband Rick of Heiskell, TN and Laura Johnson and husband Tim of Clinton, TN; brothers, Laymon Nolan of Clinton, TN, Leon Nolan of Clinton, TN, Lynn Nolan of Clinton, TN and Larry Nolan; sisters, Lena Carter of Clinton, TN and Mattie Carpenter of Georgia; grandchildren, Alisha, Melinda, Elizabeth, Nicole, Larry and Brianna; 8 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Linda’s family will received her friends on Friday, March 22, 2019 from 1:00pm -3:00pm with her funeral service following at 3:00pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Robert Jones officiating.  Linda’s interment will follow her funeral service at Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery in Clinton, TN.  Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
