Obituary of Michael Allen Kimble Jr

Michael Allen Kimble Jr, age 24 of Briceville, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Clinton, TN.  He was a very likable person, kind hearted, respectful and always willing to help others.  Michael enjoyed fishing, camping, swimming and playing basketball. He loved spending time with his son, his friends and were loyal to them. 

Michael is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dewey Allen Kimble and Kenneth Lunsford.

He is survived by his father, Michael Kimble Sr. and Mary Hensley of Knoxville, TN; mother, Doris Tate of Tellico Plains, TN; Mamaw, Hazel Kimble of Clinton, TN and Mamaw , Essie Elrod of Madisonville, TN; son, Cameron; sister, Ashley Matlock; Uncle and aunt, Terry and Pam Hammac of Clinton, TN; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Michael’s family will receive his friends from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Sunday, January 13, 2019 in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with his funeral service to follow at 8:00pm.  Michael’s interment will be at 1:00pm on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell, TN.  Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
