Jesse,
We worked together for almost 10 years. During that time I had the true privilege of getting to know you as a person and not just a coworker. The first thing I learned about you was how devoted you were to your children. You would give me tips on raising my daughter while bragging about your son's football accomplishments in the same sentence. You always spoke very highly of your wife and it was just abundantly obvious that you were a man who was extremely proud of his family, with good reason. These are the exact reasons why composing this message is so difficult. I am deeply saddened for your family, because I am certain that you are as loved and appreciated by them as much as you were of them. Rest in peace Jesse Long, I will never forget you.
