Obituary of Norma Jean Clabough

Norma Jean Clabough age 73 of Powell, TN passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Tennova North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell, TN.  Norma was a member of Brushy Valley Community Baptist Church.  She loved her family and was so proud of her grandkids.  Norma was all about family.  She enjoyed cooking for her family, sitting outside, and going for drives.  Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Ballard and Ella Steffey and sisters, Claudine Trotter and Alma Smiley.

Norma is survived by her husband, Frank Clabough Jr.; sons, Mark Clabough & wife Becky, Jeff Clabough, and Billy Ray & Wife Judy Clabough all of Powell, TN; brother Walter Coward of Powell, TN; sisters, Ada Lamb & her husband William of Powell, TN and Elsie Lamb of Lake City, TN; grandchildren, Wesley Clabough, Gracie Clabough, and Whitney and Will Barnes.

Norma’s family will receive her friends on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN from 6:00pm – 8:00pm with her funeral service immediately following in the chapel of Jones Mortuary at 8:00pm with Rev. George Miller officiating.  Norma’s graveside service and interment will be Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:00AM at Bells Campground Cemetery in Powell, TN.
