Obituary of William Frank Davis

William Frank Davis better known as Bill, age 65 of Clinton, TN,  passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. Bill was a member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church for over 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, reading, and movies. Bill loved his family and spending time with children. He also proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Helen Davis.

Bill is survived by his son, Eric E. Davis of Clinton, TN; daughters, Victoria Phillips of Clinton, TN, Tisha White of Indiana, and Tianna Davis of South Carolina; sisters, Judith D. Scott of Kingston, TN, and Penny S, Boyd of Clinton, TN; grandchildren, Teagan Seeber, Eric White, Victoria Travis, Breanna White, Mason Herrell, and River Davis and a few great-grandchildren.

Bill’s family will receive his friends on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Poplar Creek Baptist Church in Clinton, TN from 1pm- 3pm with his funeral service immediately following at 3pm with Rev. Mark Akers officiating. Bill's interment will immediately follow his funeral service at Poplar Creek Baptist Church cemetery with full military honors. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
