Obituary of Tracey Ann Bumpus

Tracey Ann Bumpus age 50 of Clinton, TN passed away on early Tuesday morning, July 17, 2018 at her home.  She was proud of beaten breast cancer and was in remission for 13 years until it returned.  Tracey held a strong love for her doctors and nurses who cared for her during her illness.  She loved spending time with her nephews and nieces and loved her dog, Sadie dearly.  Tracey was of the Baptist faith.

Tracey is preceded in death by her grandparents, Myrtice Miller Offutt, John Amos Offutt and Hugh Jennings Bumpus.

Tracey is survived by her mother, Sara Bumpus of Clinton, TN; father, Hugh Bumpus of Gallatin, TN; grandmother, Dorothy Bumpus of Gallatin, TN; brothers, Jonathan Eric Bumpus of Clinton, TN and Brian Bumpus of Clinton, TN, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and a host of relatives and friends.

Tracey’s family would like to thank her special friends, Sonya Dye and Patricia Holt for all their help during this difficult time.

Tracey’s family will receive her friends on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm with her funeral service to follow at 7:00pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Ben Neal officiating. Tracey’s interment will be Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11:00am at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge, TN.  Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Jones Mortuary LLC., 375 N.
