Obituary of Annis Ridenour

Annis Ridenour age 97 of Clinton, TN passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her home in Clinton.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great- great grandmother. She spent a lot of her time volunteering at the food bank.

Annis is preceded in death by her parents, L.D. and Sarah Summers; husband, James Ridenour; son, Jerry Ridenour; daughter, Patsy Banch; grandson, Jimmy Ridenour, brothers, Arvel Summers, R.L. Summers, Everette Summers, Doyle Summers, and Edgar Summers; sister, Jean Allen; and favorite nephew, Claude Summers.

Annis is survived by her daughter, Darlene Ridenour of Clinton, TN; grandchildren, Sarena, Sarah, Stevie, and Jerry; great grandchildren, Corey, Austin, Tyson, Sierra, Allison, Hannah, and Jacob; great - great grandchildren, Braxton, Myah, Emmalyn; sister in law, Thelma Summers of Baltimore; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Annis family would like to thank Jim, Jay, Tammy, and Rosetta at Apple Discount Drug Store for all their care they provided for her.

Annis family will have a visitation on Monday, July 24, 2017 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with her funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm with Robert Jones officiating.  Her interment will follow her service at Bakers Forge cemetery in Lafollette, TN.
