Obituary of Ruby Peace

Ruby Peace age 90, of Clinton, TN passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home in Clinton.  Ruby was a member of Second Baptist church in Clinton. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was a blessing to many of her neighbors and young children.   Ruby enjoyed quilting, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Peace; son, Carl (Bud) Peace and grandson, Tracy Weaver.

Ruby is survived by her daughter with whom she made her home, Joyce Hood & son-in-law, Jr. Hood; daughter & son-in-law, Glenda & Gregg McCullum; grandchildren, Bryan Hood, Zach, Dakota, & Indeah Hood, Chase & Hunter Prince, Sherry Peace, Bella Turi, and Kenleigh Hood.  The family would like to thank Alyshia Lewelhing for all the love and care she gave and Covenant Hospice.

Ruby’s family will receive her friends on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN.  Graveside service and interment will be Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at Sunset Cemetery in Clinton, TN.
