This world lost a great man of God, he was always telling people about God, no matter where he was, and no matter if the people wanted to listen or not, if God told him to do it he did.
Heaven gained another angel, I bet Charlene was waiting on him. If you want an example if True Love those two had it.

Pastor A.L. & Charlene Turpin were dear sweet Christian friends of mine. Pastor A.L. had a great love for his savior and lost sinners. This verse of scripture from Acts 11:24 also describes our pastor, "For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith:"
I am sure Pastor A.L. received a big welcome in heaven. He finished his race well. I will continue to pray for his family and friends. God bless.

Bro. Turpin was not only a dear friend and preaching brethren but a tremendous Man of God who preached the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for many years. He was also my Pastor at Heaven's View Missionary Baptist Church in Caryville, Tn. I will miss him very much, but I know I will see him again, and I believe soon in Heaven. My prayers are with the family.

A.L. was a great man of God. He & Charlene took me in when I had no where else to go. I feel blessed to have been able to have had him as pastor of the church I went to. Him and Charlene were so kind and humble. God bless the family during this time.
