Obituary of Lillian Hamilton

Lillian Phillips Hamilton age 84 of Clinton, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at her residence in Clinton. Born in Oneida, TN, Lillian was a business owner for many years with her husband Bill. Lillian was a member of First Baptist Church of Oneida for many years before moving to Clinton where she was a current member of New Salem Baptist Church. She was known for her bear collection and loved by all for her sense of humor. Lillian was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Ardelia Phillips and husband, Bill Hamilton Sr. Lillian is survived by sons, Bill Hamilton Jr. & wife Violet and Phillip Hamilton & wife Billie Jean all of Oneida, TN; daughters, Jeanenne Stewart & husband Roger of Knoxville, TN and Valerie LeMarr & husband Mark of Clinton, TN; brother, David Phillips of Soddy-Daisy, TN; sisters, Berneatha Musgrove of Jamestown, TN and Judy Terry of Oneida, TN; grandchildren, Lori Babb, Chris Chambers, Trace Hamilton, Jon Hamilton, Lilli Ladd, Jacque Terry, Mallory Kidd, Andrea Wilson, and Alex LeMarr; great grandchildren, Macy Babb, Carlie Chambers, Creston Chambers, Isabelle Hamilton, Anna Hamilton, Maggie Hamilton, Will Hamilton, Jakob Hamilton, Emma Hamilton, Kaylie Ladd, Jocee Ladd, Jenna Ladd, Ryan Terry, Raegan Terry, Dalton Kidd, Dallas Kidd, Kenadie Wilson, Keagan Wilson, Kaylin Wilson, many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Lillian’s family will receive her friends on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN from 6:00pm – 8:00pm with her funeral service immediately following at 8:00pm in the Chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Mark Gallaher officiating. The family will also receive friends on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at New Haven Baptist Church from 11:00am – 1:00pm with her graveside service and interment immediately following in the cemetery. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
