Obituary of Janice Coleen Holbrook

Janice Holbrook age 71 of Andersonville, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Fort Sanders Regional in Knoxville, TN. She was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Janice enjoyed reading, and going to church where she was a member of Lone Mountain Baptist Church in Andersonville, TN. She loved spending time with her family and cooking for them. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Myrtle Bledsoe; son, Donald Holbrook Jr.; brother, Freddie Bledsoe; and special aunt, Ethel Clark. Janice is survived by her husband of 53 years, Donald Holbrook Sr.of Andersonville, TN; son Steve Holbrook and (Derrick Laws) of Andersonville, TN; daughter, Diana Sellers and husband, Charles of Cumberland, KY; 5 grandchildren, Nickie Holbrook, Wendy Mitchell, Heather Holbrook, Candice Sellers, and Harley Sellers; 2 great grandchildren, Timothy Mitchell, and Haley Mitchell. She also leaves behind numerous special relatives and friends. Janice’s family will receive her friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2016 in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with her funeral service following at 8:00 pm with Rev. Freddie Bean officiating. Janice’s interment will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Andersonville Cemetery in Andersonville, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
