Obituary of Tommy Franklin Lyle

Tommy Lyle, age 74 of Andersonville, TN passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at his home. Tommy was a member of First Baptist Church in Powell, TN. He was on the National Board Children’s Bible Ministry, and the Steering Committee for Camp Ozone. Tommy was a certified Disaster Relief worker and Chaplain. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Bonnie Lyle. Tommy is survived by his wife, Marilyn Lyle of Andersonville, TN; sons, William Myers of Sacramento, CA, and Brian Myers of Fairfax, VA; daughter, Tamara Duncan of Aiken, SC; and six grandchildren. Tommy’s family and friends will meet at 11:00 am for a graveside service on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Glenwood Baptist Church cemetery in Powell, TN with Lincoln Simmons officiating. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
