Obituary of Nickie Benjamin Lee Brumitte

Nickie Benjamin Lee Brumitte “Ben” age 20 of Clinton, TN passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 in Scott County, TN. Ben enjoyed cooking and was the first in line for the taste test, and was proud to share it with everyone. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and 4 wheeling. Ben enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Woodlake Baptist Church in Jacksboro, TN. Ben was preceded in death by his parents, James and Pamela Brumitte. Ben is survived by his sisters, Melanie Settles and husband, David of Clinton, TN, and Laura Irwin and husband, Jordan of New Mexico; aunts & uncles whom were a big part of his life, Ricky and Becky Brumitte, and Judy and David Ezell; nephews, Aiden, and Dawson Settles; and a baby to be born in July 2016. Ben also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, best friend, John David Ezell; and a host of other relatives and friends. Ben’s family will receive his friends from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with his funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. George Asbury officiating. Ben’s interment will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Roseberry Baptist Church cemetery in Mascot, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
