Obituary of Mary Lynn Lanham

Mary Lynn Lanham age 82 of Jacksboro, TN passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Norris Health & Rehabilitation Center in Andersonville, TN. Mary was a faithful member of Covenant Life Church in Lake City, TN, and well loved by all. She will be fondly remembered for her special hugs and kisses. Mary loved spending time with family. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Minnie Mabe; husband, T.C. Lanham; half-brother, Dexter Mabe; sisters, Betty Lindsay, Florence Treece, and half- sister, Sheila Poore. Mary is survived by her brother, Sam Charles Mabe of Monroe, MI; sister, L. Jean Haynes (Jerry) of Powell, TN; half-sister, Brenda Ratliff of Tazewell, TN; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Mary’s family and friends will have a celebration of her life on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 5:30 pm at Covenant Life Church, 227 Church Ave. Lake City, TN 37769 with Rev. Tony McAfee officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Covenant Life building fund, P.O. Box 67, Lake City, TN 37769. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
