Obituary of Ether Phillips

Ether "E.B." Phillips Jr. age 62 of Clinton, TN passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Golden Living Center - Windwood. E. B. enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, fishing, cooking, and gardening. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ether and Pauline Phillips and daughter, Kimberly Phillips. E.B. is survived by daughters, Heather Duncan & husband Chris and Jennifer "Nikki" Phillips all of Clinton, and Destin Phillips of Powell; Calvin & Wendy Harness and family and Manny Johnson, whom he considered like his own sons; sisters, Evelyn Powers, Betty Haggard & husband Danny, Mary Thomas & husband Johnny, Martha Powers & husband Wayne, Doris Conaster, and Patsy Weaver & husband Mike all of Clinton; grandchildren, Carissa, Cassie, Alyssa, Micheal, Sonya, and Kim as well as many other relatives and friends. E.B.'s family will receive friends on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 5pm - 7pm at Jones Mortuary in Clinton. His funeral service will immediately follow at 7pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Bro. Tim Jenkins officiating. His interment will be Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell.
