Obituary of Jeffrey Powell

Jeff Powell age 49 of Clinton, TN passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2014 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, and visiting with family and friends. He was known for his sense of humor. Jeff is survived by his grandmother, Lucille Phillips; parents, Doug and Wilma Powell; wife, Dawn Powell; sons, Wesley Webb and Michael Powell; sister, Kathy Giles & husband Jerry; nephews, Aaron Hill and Justin Lance all of Clinton as well as many other relatives and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to aunts, uncles, family, friends, and the entire staff of Methodist Medical Center for their love and support during Jeff's illness. Jeff's family will receive friends on Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 6pm - 8pm at Jones Mortuary in Clinton. His Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 8pm in the Chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Toby Geren officiating. Jeff's interment will be Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 2pm at Anderson Memorial Garden with Rev. Jess Ward officiating.
