Obituary of Sue Rivet

Sue Dale Rivet age 79 of Clinton, TN passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Sue was a friend to all who knew her. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church in Clinton, TN. She belong to the bible study class at the Bethel Church. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Russell & Mattie (Duncan) Jones; brothers, Lowell Jones, Norris Jones; sister, Betty Martin. Sue is survived by her husband, Roland Charles Rivet of Clinton, TN; sons, Rowland Rivet Jr. "Chuck" of California, Kenneth Rivet (Jenny) of Colorado; daughter, Eva Dale Navarra (John) of Margate, FL; brother, Fred Jones (Sug) of Clinton, TN; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Sue's family will receive her friends on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm with her funeral service following at 7:30 pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Don Long & Rev. Mark Gallaher officiating. Sue's interment will be Wednesday, September 3rd at 2:00 pm at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge, TN. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to New Salem Baptist Church building fund. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements
