Obituary of Cleo Goodman

Cleo Goodman age 71 of Clinton, TN passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at his residence. Cleo enjoyed fishing and going to flea markets. He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Clinton, TN. Cleo was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Phyllis Marie Goodman; brother, Buddy Joe Goodman; and sister, Betty Overton. Cleo is survived by his girlfriend, Evelyn Lay of Clinton, TN; friend, Maynard Scott Stephens of Clinton, TN; brothers, Raymond Kenneth Goodman & wife Louise of Clinton, TN, and Lonnie Goodman of Clinton, TN. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends. Cleo's family will receive his friends on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm with his funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Donnie Disney officiating. Cleo's interment will be on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the Pleasant View cemetery in Clinton, TN. Jones Mortuary is in charge of all arrangement.
