Obituary of Edwin Nolan

Edwin Nolan, age 74, of Clinton, TN passed away, Monday November 4, 2013, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. He was a member of Shultz Hollow Baptist Church in Lake City, Tn. Edwin is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Jessie (Stewart) Nolan,; wife, Bertha Nolan; son, Edwin Nolan Jr.;brother, Clyde Nolan; sisters, Christine Bridges, Mable Mounce,; son-in-law, Steve Alcorn. He is survived by son, Ricky Seiber & wife, Gena of Lake City, TN; daughters, Karen Scarbrough of Knoxville, TN, Ruby Ward & husband Jack of Oliver Springs, TN, Debbie Alcorn & fiancé Robert Simmons both of Clinton, TN,; brother, Avery Nolan of Clinton, TN,; sisters, Frankie Bonjour of Clinton, TN, Helen Hart & husband Russell of Clinton, TN, and Betty Horn, of Indiana; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Edwin's family will receive his friends on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 6-8 pm with his funeral service to follow at 8pm in the Chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Charlie Mack Marlow officiating. Edwin's interment will be Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at Sunset Cemetery in Clinton; TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
