Obituary of Jesse Huckaby

Jesse Huckaby age 70 of Clinton, TN passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Tennova Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Jesse loved the Lord and was a member of Glory Way Baptist Church in Clinton, TN. Everybody that knew Jesse loved him. Jesse worked with C.U.B. for 35 years. He loved nature, fishing, looking at God's creations, streams, rivers, and national parks. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Everet & Grace Huckaby and first wife, Mary LaRue Huckaby. Jesse is survived by his wife, Cynthia Huckaby of Clinton, TN; sons, Jesse Lynn Huckaby, Bobby Franklin Huckaby of Clinton, TN; step sons, Paul House & wife Kelly of Union County, James Huckaby & wife Clara of Nashville, TN; brothers, Charles Huckaby of Clinton, TN, Wayne Huckaby of Oak Ridge, TN; sister, Lucille Huckaby of Clinton, TN; niece & her daughter, Mary Ann Phillips & Angela of Clinton, TN. Jesse also leaves behind grandchildren; Dameon Huckaby, Christopher & Trevor House, and a host of other relatives and friends. Jesse's family will receive his friends on Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 6-8pm with a celebration of life to follow at 8pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Doyle Flatford officiating. His interment will be Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
